There is a posting on their website that they will try to reopen in a new location in Bellevue with in a year. We visited a their new place in Lincoln square and try the Pho.
This Pho is so bad that make me wrote my first review. For the first time in my life I thought about not paying for the food. It's terrible, do not try it, unless you want a bowl of vermicelli, fat under cook pork and a few cut cucumbers The pho was average at best and the bubble teas were simply below par. Considering that you are paying top dollar after all, this is Bellevue , it isn't worth the price you pay.
There was a short waiting time, but I got my table fast enough. The menu is extensive. The order taken, we were told that we'd have to wait as they were out of glasses and bowls!! Not sure if it was because of the The food was good and the quantity substantial.
I ordered a pho with shrimps. The Taro bobba tea was good too but not outstanding. All in all, I loved the food. I'm not trying to be a food snot but I have better places back home to get my Pho fix.
The place is clean and the food is decent but the name is the only reason we went. I wouldn't discourage going here but the To start with this was not my business associate's or my first or second choice for lunch, but several places close by were closed on Saturday including Starbucks and Jimmy John's. We walked into What the Pho and ordered lunch.
I ordered a sandwich and We both ordered bubble tea. We both received our lunches well before our bubble tea was brought to us. Walked in for takeout. Got to hotel and had the correct Pho with spring roles. They were good spring roles, but not what I ordered. The Pho was delicious, however There was too much food to fit into the small bowl of broth without overflowing.
I also had to have the hotel rewarm my broth as I wasn't going to put raw meat into only warm broth. Overall food tasted great, but wrong order and warm broth lowered stars for takeout experience. I came here for a date night with my wife, who is from Vietnam, and had an excellent meal! The menu has an extensive number of choices beyond just pho -- in addition to the pho with beef we also ordered a non-soup bowl of All the food was delicious and we were very full!
Big restaurant with plenty of tables, and quite busy on a Saturday night. Staff is entirely Vietnamese and my wife can certify that the food is authentic! Bill was a bit higher than some of the Vietnamese restaurants in Rainier Valley, but Bellevue rents are higher. This is certainly our favorite Vietnamese restaurant that we have tried on the Eastside thus far. Absolutely loved it! Just went in with a simple Pho of beef.
Oh man, it was amazing! The staff were great andreally impressed with the whole experience. Flights Vacation Rentals Restaurants Things to do. Skip to main content.
